Demo and activation days, a T-mobile representative will be available to host demonstrations days for both products and services at a time and place conveniant to the C.O.A.D.. C.O.A.D. members will also be able to activate phones on these days, as well as other methods of activating phones.
Referral program. Any C.O.A.D. member who refers a non-member to T-mobile will be eligible for a 25 dollar credit on their bill. This is pending the referred customers stays with T-mobile service for more than 60 days.
Personalized attention. Each C.O.A.D. member who activates service with T-mobile will have Edward Dunphy, T-mobile sales representative, as his or her primary customer service representative.
All new activations, demo days, questions, customer service issues, and any other T-mobile related inquiries must be handled through Edward Dunphy, T-mobile Concord sales representative, Mike Lee, T-mobile Concord assistant manager, or Richard Bates, T-Mobile Concord manager.
