In Sept 2006 the body authorized a $500.00 check be sent to Officer Campbell’s trusts. The Treasure reported that this check has never been cashed and business checks cannot be cashed after 120 days.

Peg Green has requested two refrigerators for SCI. Request sent to the body for their approval

Due to the amount of monies in the Sunshine fund the board has requested that the Treasure ask the account if we can transfer funds from the Sunshine account into the building fund.

DCC Labor management meeting, subject; no shows/ no call for scheduled overtime. There is an increasing problem with no shows from Officers that sign up for overtime and then do not notify the Shift Commander when they do not show up. At the Labor Management meeting it was suggested that any Officer that signs up for overtime and then fails to notify the Shift Commander will be removed from the overtime list for 30 days. THIS IS FOR NO SHOWS/NO CALL ONLY. Basically AWOL from a shift you agreed to work in advance.

Shop steward SVOP Linwood Chatman

Shula Reeves has volunteered for the VP position @ PCCC and WCF

Respectfully submitted, Michael Lenigan Secretary COAD
